Reviews and Ratings
The hotel boasts breathtaking views of Tower Bridge, especially at night, which made our stay memorable. The staff was wonderful and attentive, offering great service throughout our visit. However, there were some issues with the room cleanliness and the dining experience, which fell somewhat short of expectations. Overall, the hotel represents good value for its prime location but can be improved in some areas.
